A Bruce Roberts design, built by the current owner in 1992 in steel, this Bruce Roberts Waverunner 45 is a capable sea-going motor yacht with potential for development as a 6 berth family cruiser, trawler yacht or spacious liveaboard. Internally there is a spacious, wheelhouse/day lounge which could easily be adapted to suit an owner\'s needs. Externally, great walk around side decks and good aft deck and bow space.
Upper deck could be fitted out as a flybridge. Single 200hp Iveco engine has had very little use with only 157 hours but well maintained from new. This Waverunner 45 will require some work to bring it up to cruising standard, including fitting heating, internal lighting and appliances in the galley. Side and stern access points need to be developed. This Bruce Roberts Waverunner 45 creates a great opportunity for the right person.
1. Accommodation
The forward bunk cabin to starboard has two port lights, under bunk storage and an overhead opening steel hatch. Opposite to port is the forward heads compartment. Just aft of this is a small double berth cabin with three portlights, under berth storage, storage lockers, opening steel roof hatch and a small removeable table.
The galley is to starboard with good storage below and behind the large worktop. No fridge or stove fitted but plenty of space to have them installed. Steps lead up to the large wheelhouse with a central single helm seat, all instruments and controls conveniently situated and excellent all-round visibility. Engine room access hatch at helm seat. Door to port side deck.
Aft of the helm is a J shaped seating area. At aft end of the wheelhouse to starboard, steps lead down to the aft heads and the large aft cabin. A further step down leads into the cabin with a double berth, portlights, storage under and beside berth and an opening deck hatch. Wood lined ceiling. The cabins do not have mattresses

For practical use, side access gates and a stern ladder and boarding platform should be considered. The steel work for the boarding platform is available.
6. Comment
From a Bruce Roberts design, built in steel by the current owner.
The original plans had a flybridge, this boat has the coamings and deck access but it had never been built with a flybridge.
