Beneteau Figaro 2 hull #15 is the second generation of the Beneteau Figaro series designed by Marc Lombard and built in 2003 by Beneteau. She didnt take long to prove herself on the racecourse winning "La Solitaire" with Armel Le Cleach in 2003. She was raced on the Figaro professional sailing circuit until 2018 when the Figaro 2 was replaced by the Beneteau Figaro 3, the third-generation foiling vessel in the Figaro series.

The Figaro 2 is a superb boat to sail with a large cockpit which can be configured for either single-handed or crewed sailing. Designed both for performance and ease of handling these boats have excellent directional stability up wind and down. She is very responsive and feels fantastic to sail downwind with a spinnaker in 20 kts + of wind. She can be raced under IRC and has an IRC certificate. Currently fitted out for racing where every gram matters, but she can also be retro fitted for spartan cruising should a new owner wish to do so.
The Figaro 2 is easy to handle, fun and very forgiving with her twin rudders. Less-Beton 4 is fully prepared and ready to race double handed for the Cap Martinique Race in April 2024. She will be available for a new owner from May 2024.
