The Altena 54 Next Generation is a stylish and contemporary steel yacht with a robust appearance. The modern design is emphasized by beautiful lines and the use of high-quality materials. The yacht features a folding façade with four elegant matte black plastic doors in polished stainless steel frames. These swinging doors provide a smooth transition to the aft deck, which runs level with the salon/steering cabin. Two side doors provide access to the gangways.

Inside the Altena 54 Next Generation is a U-dinette in the salon/steering cabin, complete with a height-adjustable electric table. The yacht is equipped with a Webasto electric panoramic sliding roof above the steering position, including a Hercules screen/sunblind combination.
