Accommodation
The Albin Cumulus accommodation offers five berths in two cabins with up to 6' maximum headroom.
FORECABIN: Fitted with a double V berth with infill, beneath berth stowage, shelves, and an opening hatch to the foredeck.
HEADS: Full-width heads compartment with a Jabsco marine toilet, washbasin, shower, storage, and mirror.
SALOON: Laid out traditionally with settee berths either side of a central table and good storage is provided by eye-level cupboards and shelves.
GALLEY: Aft to port and equipped with a gimballed SMEV two-burner gas cooker with oven, sink, Isotherm refrigerator, and storage in a range of cupboards and drawers.
QUARTER BERTH: Aft to starboard and fitted with a VHF radio and AIS transceiver above.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Blue cotton upholstery with complimenting curtains throughout. Moulded headlinings and lower mouldings for reduced maintenance and increased durability.
Mechanical Systems
Located abaft the companionway, Yanmar YSM12 12hp single-cylinder diesel engine. Seawater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Stainless steel 31L fuel tank. Shaft drive to two-bladed folding propeller.
The engine appears to be in very good cosmetic condition and has benefitted from regular maintenance including regular cleaning of the built-in oil filter, new oil, and a new impeller within the last 12mths. In its previous ownership, it was also winterised and serviced every year by the owner and had a new exhaust elbow, a refurbished water pump, and the fuel system thoroughly overhauled.
Electrical Systems
2 x 12v 75ah Batteries (domestic and engine start, both new 2020) charged via the engine alternator. Shorepower system with ring mains and battery charger. Electrical distribution panels (new 2022 inc wiring). Victron battery monitor (new 2022).
Spars & Sails
Fractionally rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging (age unknown, but previously unstepped and inspected every year with only 6mths of use). Manual backstay tensioner. Terylene running rigging (renewed when required inc new main halyard. Slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks. Hanked headsails. 2 x Rutgerson triple clutches (newx Lewmar 30 self-tailing sheet winches. 2 x Lewmar 7 halyard winches.
