Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building boats combined with the technology and experience in building houses.
The boats can be delivered in different sizes and versions. NS 23 eco 18; NS 36 eco 23 and NS 40 eco 36.

The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing and resistant to harsh winters. The Floats are made of Polythene with a notch on the bottom to provide more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side decks make boating a lot safer than standard houseboats of this size.
Through the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness that you will not find anywhere else.

The houseboats are built using sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that lasts a very long time thanks to the water-based impregnating agents and on which a long warranty is issued.

This Houseboat Eco-Wood 36 -23 m2 is recommended for two to four people.

In the standard version since 2023 is a strong aluminum frame with insulated windows, double and secure tinted glass. Sliding at the front near the terrace and sliding opposite the bed in the bedroom. The beautiful round wooden windows are handmade and pure craftsmanship as an option was chosen to be able to open the window in the bathroom.

Exhaust/ventilation system in each cabin
The beautiful Profiled RHOMBUS thermo-wood (vertical) was chosen as an option for cladding the exterior walls. Stronger and more durable than plastic.
Bathroom equipment: hot and cold water, shower panel, sink with mirror, water drainage in stainless steel, mixer tap, electric toilet with grinder and electric towel heater. As an option the beautiful glass shower door has been chosen.

Bedroom with beautiful movable double bed 1 meter 40 and mattress and extra drawers for storage space under the bed as standard! (Reading lights and sockets and LED lighting and the sliding windows in aluminum frame, to the outside!)
Kitchen equipment: kitchen set, base cabinets, wall cabinets, worktop, black sink and mixer tap, two-burner gas hob, kitchen extractor 230V, refrigerator 230V.
Water supply system: 200 liter tank, level gauge, water level meter, hoses, air vent, water cover, water pump 24 V with expansion tank and standard possibility to connect the boat to mains water if available in the harbor.
Waste water system: waste water tank 240 liters, waste water level meter, vacuum drain system, hoses, installation/attachment materials.
Steering console (in the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, plastic steering wheel, electric switch panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, usb socket, a box for electrical fuses with a DIN rail and standard rear view monitor system with camera.

The boat has a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a passage to the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom has the characteristic sliding window doors opposite the bed that can be opened. The bedroom and bathroom have a lockable door. Next to the Bathroom is a storage closet that also contains the electrical supply.
The hot water heater is concealed under the bed.
