FIN (formerly Scherzo) is offered for sale by her new owners as they have been unexpectedly transferred out of state and don't want to put her in storage before they sail off on their dream cruise. She is a beautiful example of the popular Whitby 42 ketch built in Ontario, Canada. The former owners lived aboard and sailed her from Maine to Tobago and back to Florida from 2011 to 2019. They decided to move on to another adventure and sold her to her current owners in January, 2021. She is berthed in Jacksonville, Florida. She was hauled out at St. Augustine in March/April, 2020, for bottom paint, clean/wax hull, and insurance renewal survey (C&V). She was hauled and surveyed again in January, 2021, prior to transfer of ownership. That survey is available. The current owners have replaced the galley sink and completed some needed repairs in the aft cabin. She is ready to sail!!
