FULL SPECIFICATIONS COMING SOON!
“Juniper”, is a custom-built Sabre 42 that launched in 2004 with a custom open lower floor plan that creates more of a “great-room” feel than a compartmentalized space that you normally find in a Sabre.
Getting aboard the vessel is easy with the deep swim platform and the starboard boarding gate that leads you into a large aft cockpit. As you enter the upper main salon you get the feel of the quality that Sabre builds into their vessels, with exceptional fit-n-finish, smartly arranged cabinetry, settee and helm station, combine this with the large windows and you have a wonderful space to enjoy the scenery and it gives the helmsperson excellent visibility while captaining the vessel.
Quality – performance and ease of handling around the docks – “Juniper” is a Alaskan veteran as well as being a perfect PNW gunkholing cruiser.
The Sabre 42 Hard Top Sedan Express' is a careful study in ergonomics, surrounded by large opening windows and overhead hatches for maximum ventilation and light. Views for the helmsman and crew are virtually unobstructed. The double width helm and mate's chairs, provide a degree of comfort rarely found in competitors yachts. To add to cruising comfort, our engineers have reduced noise and vibration levels with a careful study of engine room ventilation and insulation. Wide side decks with large diameter stainless steel hand rails, custom stainless steel portlights, line chocks and air intakes, a standard rope chain windlass and highly polished aluminum hatches all add to the beauty and functionality of her deck. A double anchor roller makes anchoring work a breeze. An optional hard back enclosure closes off the helm deck from the cockpit with the addition of two elegant curved windows in the corners, a sliding window to port and an aluminum entry door. Below decks her hand-crafted cherry interior adds to the sense of luxury, evident throughout. The master stateroom berth is low and wide, making it both comfortable and easy to access. The split head and stall shower rooms make it easy for a couple to get ready for the days adventures. The main salon is configured with a long L-shaped settee and a custom, maple-inlaid salon table. The salon settee converts into a double berth. The galley is equipped with an electric cook top, convection microwave oven and offers ample storage for extended voyages.
Access to the engine room is through a large hinged hatch in the upper main salon. The space offers decent headroom and good access to the equipment housed in the space.
