DESCRIPTION

Hull plating is 10/6/4. Ultra-sonic measurements showed the hull, swims and counter plate to be in good condition in June 2018 and 2020 Surveys. The superstructure paint is in good condition. The roof has integral grab rails down either side. Fit-out in very good condition with no signs of water damage to the ceiling, wall panels and wood flooring. Internal hull is dry with concrete slabs used for ballast and polystyrene insulation. Gold anodised aluminium hopper window frames, with the glass looked in good condition and no evidence of internal leaks.

An electric fire and a Webasto diesel heater with 5 radiators refitted in 2013. Shore power protected by a galvanic isolator supplied 240 volt power to double sockets throughout the boat through the Mastervolt 2000 sine wave inverter/charger. Gas system within a bow gas locker with two propane cylinders in good condition, fed through copper pipework to the Vanette gas oven and separate Thetford hob. Five high level ventilation 100 mm roof mushroom vents and lower level ventilation in the doors conform to the recommendations for ventilation in the Boat Safety Scheme. Bilge dry, with bilge pump fitted. Engine fitted with three alternators, and engine cooling via a port swim skin tank. Four blade 20 inch propeller has no signs of dezincification. Nobels Aquafax bow thruster with no signs of water leaks.
