'Finale' - A 1993 Traditional Stern 45ft Mike Haywood Narrowboat.
Designed in a forward layout, this vessel offers a master cabin with a fixed double berth located aft, a bathroom/head compartment with a bath and shower over head, a fully equipped galley with dining area for two opposite and the saloon is found forward with port and starboard bench seating.
Powered by a reliable Thornycroft 4-cylinder diesel engine. Central heating is supplied by a Alde system and hot water is supplied via the engine through a Calorifier. 240V and 12V electrics on board.

General
‘Finale’ a traditional stern Mike Haywood 45’ Narrowboat built in 1993 with a forward layout. Interior fit-out using tongue and groove on the ceiling and cabin sides. Burgundy upholstery in the saloon and dinette; all in great condition. A superbly presented Narrowboat ready for this season cruising and exploring the vast inland waterways. Ideal as a comfortable two berth boat, plus with minor adjustment the saloon could be converted to accommodation for two more berths.
Saloon
The saloon consists of three-seater settees located to port and starboard with a TV cabinet alongside; perfect for some light evening entertainment.
Galley
The galley is positioned to port and features a four burner gas hob, grill & oven with a metal back splash, a stainless steel sink with drainer, mixer tap and a tiled back splash, a gas powered fridge, laminate work tops, high level cupboard and shelve. A great space to show off those boating recipes.
Dinette
A dinette is found opposite the galley and features forward and aft facing seats; perfect for two to dine. Additional storage can be found below the seats.
Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a bath with shower overhead, chemical cassette toilet and a vanity hand basin with mirror above.
Master Cabin
Centre stern doors leads into the master cabin with fixed double berth, wardrobe aft and overhead cupboard.
Heating / Hot Water System
An Alde gas boiler provides the cabin heating on board, running radiators throughout the boat; ideal for all year-round cruising. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.
