"BLUE MOON" with her single 6LPA-STP Yanmar 315 Horse Power engine and single lever control is easily maneuvered with assistance from the bow thruster for docking. The helm station, on the starboard side, is comfortable standing or sitting with good headroom and visibility. GPS, VHF, engine gauges, trim tabs, windlass controls, auto pilot, compass, and electrical switches are all available and conveniently located around the helm station. There are opening ports (with screens), ceiling hatches also center windshield opens and fans to help keep you cool. Side windows and a back curtain can fully enclose the area for colder and foul weather cruising. The cockpit is very open and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. Handholds are abundant overhead with stereo speakers and lights.
Vessel Walkthrough Accommodations below are set up for comfortable cruising with a small galley and private head with electric flush. The forward walkaround berth is "flipped under" during the day to open the cabin area and can be "flipped out" at night for a good size full centerline queen bed. There is a small hanging locker on the starboard side with shelving all around. In the center of the floor is a base for a table with 4-fold out leaves. This table can also be used in the cockpit just by pulling the pole out of the base. There is a large center hatch overhead and opening ports on either side for ventilation and shore power air conditioning, stereo system and TV system for entertainment. Cupboard space for cups, dishes, and galley needs. The galley is simple with a microwave, refrigerator, counter space, electric stove top, and a single sink with a retractable spray wand faucet head.
