Small, but functional wheel house. Lower deck appr. 85 sqm: big and luxurious suite with dubbel berth, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi and room with huge wardrobe (appr. 40 sqm together). Another smaller suite with dubbel berth and bath room (appr. 23 sqm) Main deck appr. 178 sqm: generous and lightish lounge (main living room or restaurant room), round lounge in bow area with fireplace. Description of conversion: In 2008 the vessel was sold to the present owner who sailed her from UK to Poland, where the conversion was carried out. This enormous project took about 30.000 working hours and was done to a very high standard and to meet the standards of Danish regulations for live aboard vessels. The interior incl. the electrical system were taken out. Appr. 21 t of steel were renewed / replaced. The accommodation area was expand form 170 to 285 sqm. Appr 250 sqm of steel deck were grinded down and got anti corrosion treatment. To obtain a straight deck, a 6 cm thick steel reinforced concrete polyurethane deck was laid and painted 10 times with 2-comp 990 International paint. With appr. 900 cbm of Rockwool Marine-A insulation the ship was insulated to high standard to make her habitable also for cold climates. The electrical system was changed and appr. 15 km of new cables were installed. The illumination is mainly of 2nd generation LED and halogen in bedrooms. The interior incl. floors came new. 130 sqm of Greek marble, rest is Doussie wooden floor. The kitchen is of rose wood with corean table. The heating system was changed and all radiators were attached to the stoker directly, in order to obtain imidate heat on each separate radiator. A hot water supply was installed. The fresh water tank was renovated and painted, holding tanks was renovated and got a new pump. Both engine rooms were renovate (scrabbed down, cleaned and paintet with 2 component. Full service was given to the engines. Radar, GPS and VHF were installed new. The alarm system for the engine rooms was overhauled. A special liquid level alarm system was installed on all tanks and in the whole bottom of the vessel in order to be able to survey and locate unexpected leakages quickly. The tank system was inspected and a new diagram of tanks and valves was made. A new general plan incl. fire safety plan was made and approved by Danish authorities. Including emergency light system and backup electrical system for emergency navigation. In 2011 more conversion was done with appr 5000 working hours to be able to use the vessel as swimming café. A bar and a huge high qualitiy tent was installed on the sun deck, also the vessel was repainted with 990 International paint.
