The Windy W39 Camira is powered by twin Volvo Penta diesel sterndrives, reaching speeds up to 45 knots. Its distinctive design is available in two cockpit configurations with a tender garage and canopy system.

The helm is equipped with Raymarine dS127 GPS/plotter, electronic steering, Sport steering wheel, Nextel antiglare dashboard, Fusion 750 radio with Bluetooth, compass, windscreen with washer and defroster, full analogue engine instrumentation, cup holders, water and fuel gauges, and captain and copilot "designer" chairs.

The interior includes two staterooms, a head compartment, and service galley area. The forward stateroom features a double berth and spring mattress, overhead lockers, hanging wardrobes, reading lights, overhead LED strip lights with dimmer, 230V/12V socket, skylight with mosquito net and night screen, blinds, and hand-held fire extinguishers. The guest cabin includes a double berth and spring mattress, full hanging wardrobe with lights, overhead locker, two reading lights, overhead LED strip lights with dimmer, hull window with mosquito net, indirect LED lights, and blinds.

The head includes an electric toilet, sink with hot and cold water, shower compartment with Esthec grating on floor, overhead locker, cupboard with mirror, towel hangers, blinds, extractor fan, and 230V socket. Featured in the below deck service galley are cupboard and drawer storage, overhead and indirect lighting, sink with hot and cold water, 85L refrigerator, 230V sockets, and cutting board.

Other features include a self-bailing cockpit, six stainless steel cleats, bow anchor winch and chain locker, flag pole, navigation lights, cockpit table, hand-held fire extinguishers, dingy garage under sun lounge with electronically operating hatch, stainless steel rail, swim platform with hot and cold shower, 230V shore power, engine room fire suppression system, 40L hot water tank, and holding tank with electric pump and discharge.

The aft deck is available in two configurations. The Sport Lounge features a round table with a forward-facing bench seat and two aft-facing seats. The Sun Lounge offers a U-shaped lounge and rectangular table. Both configurations include a large sunbed.
