This is a fine example of one of Windy's most popular designs. This 2007 Windy 35 Khamsin has been professionally maintained from new and has been kept under cover each winter. Fully documented service history from the three owners.

Fitted with the more powerful twin Volvo Penta D6-350 engines, she cruises extremely comfortably and safely at 25 knots, with an approximate top speed of 40 knots. This Windy 35 Khamsin also benefits from a bow thruster to help manoeuvring when in port.

On deck there is ample seating for six around the dining table and there are two extremely large sun pads, one aft and one on the bow. The large bathing platform and ladder makes accessing the water easy and safe. On the bow there is an electric windlass for easy deployment and retrieval of the anchor.

Down below there is a galley to port, a large v-berth in the bow, heads with shower to starboard and a large twin cabin amidships. There are a number of portholes and hatches to provide lots of light and plenty of storage space is found throughout.

The broker of this vessel was the previous (2nd) owner, so knows the boat intimately.

Accommodations

Below deck there is a galley to port, with a large sofa which converts to a double bed when the dining table is lowered. The heads contain a marine toilet, sink and shower with electric bilge pump. The aft cabin offers privacy and comfort with a king size bed and large storage cupboard.

The flooring is cherry with dark wood striping.

This Windy Khamsin 35 also benefits from 12,000 BTU air conditioning and a 20L Isotherm calorifier.

Galley

The galley consists of a top loading refrigerator, stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, diesel burning ceramic hob and a high grade composite worktop. The woodwork is finished off in high gloss and there are plenty of storage cupboards for all the necessary equipment.
