DESCRIPTION

Remarks :
'Born Free' is a 41ft Wiliam Garden Cutter Pilot House Sailing Yacht. Built in Washington, USA, in 1969 using Yellow Cedar Wood Planks on Oak Frames by Ted Hvatum.
She is a Strong and Sturdy capable (and proven) Blue Water sailing yacht. Recently she was delivered to Pembrokeshire from Mexico, taking on the Atlantic Ocean.
Cutter Rigged, with a good selection of sails. Single Perkins Diesel engine in good running order.
Recent upgrades to the interior makes her very comfortable, and a perfect vessel for cruising.
Currently lay in Pembrokeshire, she is available for viewing.
Accommodation :
Aft Cockpit:
Large seating areas, bronze steering pedestal with compass, storage and access to decks and saloon.
Saloon/Dinette/Galley/Cabin/Heads:
Helm to the Port side as you enter the saloon. Seating to the Starboard side. Excellent visibility to the forward and sides of the boat.
Leading inside the boat there are further seating areas to Port and Starboard, with the engine below the floor.
Down two steps to the Dinette and Galley area. Dinette to the Port side of a good size with a hardwood table. Impressive Galley to the Starboard side, with Gas Cooker, Sink, Taps, Draw Fridge and plenty of storage. Large skylight.
Heading forward leads you to the double master cabin, bunk to the Port side and loads of storage space to the Starboard. TV is wall mounted at the foot of the bed.
Forward from the master cabin are the heads. Sea toilet (and holding tank), sink and taps.
12V lighting is present throughout the boat. Loads of bronze period fittings.
