Layout

GENERAL LAYOUT

Lined in painted panels and oak. The accommodation comprises from the stern a feature staircase to saloon with office space and shelves and a large area for free standing furniture. The saloon features a 42” LG flat screen TV with surround and satellite system. A New Wood burner was fitted in 2016The open plan kitchen has granite worktops and built in fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan and full size LPG oven and hob and glazed side doors. A corridor leads to the second cabin bathroom with pump out toilet, washbasin and feature shower with plenty of storage. The spacious master bedroom has extensive wardrobe space, dressing tables, and glazed doors leading onto the bow deck.

EXTERIOR
Cruiser style aft deck with engine room below, Fully covered by a canopy on independent frame, aft deck rails with stainless wires and canvas dodgers topped with a varnished seating rail. Engine control pod to portside, Central Hardwood doors to cabin set into aft bulkhead. 4" side decks the length of the vessel with handholds to the outer edges of the roof. Roof fully painted with non slip deck paint and fitted with holders for a gangplank and boat pole. Forward well fitted with all around seating with lockers below. Gas locker in forward deck.

MAIN SALOON
Accessed from the aft deck by 4 steps, The layout incorporate a 42" flat screen television set into the side of the steps with a feature panel above for safety. Log Burner aft and to port. Outboard and to the port aft corner a workstation with shelving and drawer storage. The remaining saloon area is open plan witha 2 seater recliner sofa fitted. Five windows give excellent natural light to the saloon.

GALLEY
Located ahead of the saloon with a breakfast bar which incorporates storage , the oven, hob, dishwasher and sinks. To the outer wall twin doors giving air from the exterior. On the forward bulkhead the worktops are cleverly concealed behind doors and when open this is a well lit area with sockets. At a lower level the Fridge, Deep Freeze and washing machine with the extreme outside units being of sliding design with further storage.

CORRIDOR
Located to the port side with good light from 3 circular port lights and fitted with a radiator, A door separates this from the galley and saloon.

SECOND CABIN
On the starboard side with a large single which converts to a small double, storage drawers below, a vanity unit with fitted mirror, dressing table and cupboards,forward of this behind the door a full height wardrobe.

SHOWER AND TOILET ROOM
Situated between the two cabins and fitted with a washbasin unit with storage below and mirror above, the sink of ceramic surface mounted design ion a marble effect worktop. A generously sized circular shower with thermostatic mixer unit and shower curtain and electric flush freshwater fed toilet is located to the outer bulkhead. and a New Thetford toilet for emergency use. Wardrobe storage outboard of the shower.

MASTER CABIN
Located at the forward section of the accommodation with twin glazed doors to the forward well, A double berth is located against the aft bulkhead giving a fantastic view from bed!. This cabin features a phenomenal amount of storage facilities under and around the bed which features a large storage area behind the fold down headboard with a almost walk in wardrobe to starboard.

ENGINE ROOM
Situated beneath the aft deck with a large hinged central hatch offering access to the engine, batteries and bilges.
