Comments :  This boat had a lot of extras fitted when new, bow thruster, upgraded heating, Cratch cover, pram hood cover over rear deck, large waste tank and an Axiom propeller  for added stopping power. The rear deck has had deck boarding made to raise the floor so you get a better view from the steering position.

Accommodations

Stepping down through the double steel doors you arrive at an airy open plan galley/saloon living space. The internal bulkhead walls are light oak with LED lighting overhead as well as some wall lighting units. The galley has a built in LPG Belling oven, grill and hob, stainless steel sink with modern swan neck mixer tap, and with ample black granite worktop space for food preparation and cooking. There are lots of high/low level cupboards and hard wood flooring, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and toaster, washing machine. There is a solid wood 2 person breakfast bar and two stools. Side Hatch opening. The large saloon features a multi-fuel Stovax free-standing stove, built in wall unit with TV and radio, cupboards and shelving, black leather sofa and armchair. Central heating is provided by a Webasto marine heating system which heats the hot water as well when in use; otherwise there is a programmable hot water heater. Carpet from saloon through to bedrooms. From the saloon walk down a corridor into the second bedroom with a double cabin bed, overhead cupboards, dressing table/desk, under bed drawer and good sized wardrobe. Next is the bathroom which contains a full-sized walk in shower with chrome mixer tap and sliding door, soap dispenser. There is a vanity unit with modern round wash basin, wall mirror and lights and black granite topped units with cupboards under and an additional full height storage cupboard. There is a large dresser, mirrored double and two single wardrobes and two further full height cupboards. The bedroom opens out to the bow of the vessel via two glazed timber doors where there is seating and a small drop-down table from where you can enjoy the view while cruising. For comfort there is composite tile flooring. There are 4 x 100 W solar panels on the roof with an MPPT Solar Controller unit to monitor the system. These keep the leisure batteries topped up through the summer months and have been very useful when out on the water, and with savings on traditional electricity usage in the marina. Satellite installed and radio aerial. In storage there is also a terrestrial TV aerial.
