Kinver Canopy added new ropes 

Gas locker to the bow with 2 x 13.5 gas bottles. Forward well with Cratch cover giving protection to the entire area, removable sides and forward canvas windows. The entire canopy and frame can be removed if the weather allows to give a superb open forward well area with eating to port and starboard, storage lockers under with cushions on top. Doors to main saloon. Cabin roof fitted with spotlight forward, 8 brass ventilators, handrails incorporated within sise deck holds, gangplank and twin pole holders aft to port, Automatic satellite tracker centrally located aft and central sliding hatch to main cabin with twin doors to rear deck. The cabin top tread area being finished in non-slip cream paint. Aft cockpit surrounded by push pit rail fitted with a wooden capping making a good seating area with space for 4 . Storage lockers fitted to port side. Tiller amidships aft with control box to port side

ENGINE ROOM

Situated beneath the aft deck with a large removable central hatch offering access to the engine, generator, batteries and bilges. The batteries and generator being situated to the port side and the calorifier starboard. The engine hatch being spilt into two allowing easy access to the weed box astern. The engine being fitted with twin alternators for charging the 5 domestic batteries. A further battery fitted for the engine and generator.

MASTER CABIN

Situated at the aft of the boat, open plan to the aft deck and corridor, however fitted with a curtain for privacy when required. This is a large open plan cabin with space to take a freestanding double berth.Circular port lights to both sides, carpeted flooring. Bedside lights fitted in the underside of the overhead lockers. 1/2 height wardrobe with shelf. Wall mounted mirror. The walk through area is floored in wood with a fitted mat adjacent to the aft doors. Immediately aft of the cabin is the bathroom to starboard whilst to port a double fronted opening wardrobe with ample shelves and a ¾ hanging facility.

BATH AND TOILET ROOM

Located to the starboard side aft of the main cabin and accessed from the corridor. Featuring a 3/4 sized bath with shower over and as you enter a vanity unit with wash basin, sink and a mirror above. An Thetford cartridge toilet allowing easy disposal to sanitary stations at any location. On the aft side, a cupboard and shelf unit is located and carries space for two spare additional cartridges to the toilet. The entire bathroom being tiled from floor to ceiling and fitted with a round port light window offering good natural light.also with extractor fan

SECOND CABIN

Located to the starboard side agead of the main cabin and giving space for a free standing double bed or bunk beads. This cabin would also make into a very good study depending on personal requirements. Fitted with two bedside cabinets, a radiator, overhead cupboards and a double wardrobe and a fully shelved cupboard. A further cupboard has the washing machine and tumble dryer located within.

PORT SIDE CORRIDOR

Running from the main cabin aft to the galley and fitted with 3 windows the corridor is designed to make the most of the space available with an alcove set in to the starboard side. The flooring being wood covered and linings of oak to window level and cream painted above this..

GALLEY 

The galley is set aft of the main saloon with a separating breakfast bar fitted with overhead storwage unit for glasses or crockery with glass fronted doors. This makes the galley a U shape design with ample work surfaces surrounding the entire region. Two Gas ovens are fitted, a 4 burner gas hob, Stainless sink with drainer, full sized dishwasher, fridge and second fridge with freezer unit above. Ample drawers and cupboards are situated both above and below the work tops which are finished in  granite. An opening fully glazed side hatch to port and large window to starboard offer excellent natural light with new blinds fitted

MAIN SALOON

Ahead of the galley with a large side window to both sides and glazed doors to the forward well deck. 3 bar stools are located aft under the breakfast bar. To the forward starboard corner a unit to take a TV and fitted with input from the roof mounted satellite antenna over this a corner cupboard with glazed doors. To port a Portway marine multi fuel burner mounted on a raised plinth gives a focal central feature to the saloon and ensures the entire main living area aboard the boat is maintained warm and cosy in the colder months and evenings extending your time aboard.
