Owner's Comments

We have cruised on English Rose for 14 years and have been very happy with her. She is a very stable boat with a great sail plan and has been very comfortable and performed well whatever the weather, great if you get caught in a blow. The cockpit is very secure on a passage and is a good size and design for entertaining also. Notable assets include proper engine room, no need to take

the boat apart every time you wish to access the engine), a fold up swim platform that is removable if necessary, a wonderful hard dodger, keeping you dry and safe in all weathers and the most comfortable armchairs Ive ever come across on a sail boat. You add all that to the Whitby’s storage and sea kindliness and you have a wonderful sailboat. Due to being lured away to a catamaran this wonderful lady is now on the market and ready for her next adventure.

Registration
