Remarks :
Launched in November 1988 and purchased by current owners in January 1995, of which it has since been lifted out every 2 years for antifouling and anode replacement, recently done in February 2019, with a full hull polish. An inviting interior, designed by Ed Dubois with plenty of seating space and  a spacious aft cabin with a double berth, seating, basin and plenty of storage. The boat has been well looked after and the accommodation is in very good condition. Being a center cockpit cruiser she benefits from the large owners aft cabin. The jobs that have been carried out include; repairs to rudder necessitated dropping down from hull including drying out, exposure of substructure, repacking and re-fairing; leaks to piping on fresh water side of engine; new exhaust elbow and seals; treatment to rust around the area of leaks including repainting; repair to Eberspacher heater including new trunking; keel rust exposed, re-faired and painted with preventative layer; damage to bow, topside crazing and sugar scoop repaired; re-antifoul and polish.

Once back in the water 22nd January, owner will have main valeted with new UV strip. The Genoa is with the sailmakers having the same done. Winch servicing, rebed and service the capstan, and fix the anchor retaining line.
