Build

Hull in sandwich of GRP with vinylester/polyester resins enclosing balsawood vacuum bonded and incorporating integrated ribs and stringers - Multiple internal coating treatments to prevent osmosis - Interior bulkeads and fittings bonded to hull and/or deck - Forward watertight bulkead - Composite rudder stock on self-aligning bearings - Ballast in an alloy of lead and 3% antimony - Stainless steel keel bolts embedded in the ballast - Deck made of GRP and balsa sandwich, bonded to the hull with P.U. 501 polyurethane adhesive and mechanical fastenings to provide a perfectly watertight seal - Planked teak deck cut and placed piece by piece.
