The Verl 900 is a well tested design with good performance and a balanced helm. Easy to sail shorthanded with a seakindly motion and moderate draft, these make great family cruisers. Verlocity is a well cared for example, having been upgraded in the last 10 years including a replacement Vetus engine, sails, standing rigging plus colour plotter and DSC VHF radio, ais, LED lights and Dyneema Halyards.

Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins. V berth in the forecabin with stowage under, hull portlights (replaced 2020). Full width heads compartment with marine toilet and washbasin. Opening hatch to deck. In saloon, dinette to port converting to double berth, with single settee berth opposite. Saloon table. Chart table to starboard with quarter berth behind and galley opposite. Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Stainless steel sink with pressurised cold water supply, fridge 12v & 240v.
Mechanical Systems
Located below the companionway, Vetus 2 cylinder 16hp diesel engine (new 2009). Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever engine controls with electric start. Saildrive (diaphragm replaced 2011) to two-bladed fixed propeller. Stainless steel 54L fuel tank.
The engine has been serviced annually by her experienced owner from new, last service in 2020 including saildrive. Current engine hours are approx 575.
Electrical Systems
2 x 12v Batteries (new 2019) charged via engine alternator. 12v Instrument panel. Full cabin interior LED lighting. Solar Panel, USB power supply.
Spars and Sails
Masthead rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium mast and boom by Z Spars. Stainless steel standing rigging (new 2013). Polyester running rigging (replaced as needed). Slab reefing mainsail with lazy jacks. Plastimo headsail furling system. Two Barlow 16 halyard winches. Two Barlow 25 self tailing genoa sheet winches. Two Barlow 16 spinnaker sheet winches. The sails have been valeted annually.
