The specimen we offer you is a heavily built seaworthy sailing yacht that has a fixed steel sprayhood. The owners have always maintained her very lovingly, so the entire ship was painted in 2018. The ship is therefore inside and outside in sublime condition!

The spacious cockpit of this Van de Stadt 37 offers plenty of space for you and other passengers and has plenty of storage space by means of panniers. Through an opening in the sea railing you can easily reach the integrated swimming platform from where you can take a refreshing dip in the water while lying at anchor on sunny days. Elongated windows plus a roof hatch provide natural light in the lower deck living area, and give the cosy saloon with its 2 comfortable sofas and warm wooden interior a spacious feel. To starboard is a very well-equipped navigation corner with lots of storage space, the seat can be folded away conveniently under the top. Opposite you will find a practical, L-shaped galley with a 3-burner gas cooker with oven, sink and plenty of work and cupboard space. In the forepeak is the owner's cabin, here you have access to 2 V-shaped beds, a washbasin and plenty of closet space for personal belongings. The second cabin is in the back of the ship and also here is sleeping space for 2 persons and cupboard space. The wet room, also in the back of the ship, is spacious and has a washbasin, shower and toilet. During cooler days a hot air heater ensures a pleasant temperature so you can enjoy this ship comfortably.
