Description
'Mr Toad' is a delightful vessel with lots of character that has been fully refitted throughout. She is suitable for all weather use having a fixed wheel house and would make a great live aboard or cruising vessel. Construction
Steel frame and plate hull construction, cream and blue painted steel deck and topsides, sliding cabin doors, painted steel and stainless steel pulpit and hand rails, forward chain locker with access to water tank, port hole and rectangular windows, aft deck with gas and storage lockers. The vessel is lined with spray foam and polystyrene insulation.

Accommodation
Wheelhouse with exterior sliding doors, hatch opening onto aft deck, door and hatch to the aft cabin and steps down into the forward saloon, helm position, fold-up table, seating, storage lockers, access to engine and bilges, oak faced plywood lining.
Aft cabin is fitted with twin berths with storage underneath, an optional infill to make up a full width double, tongue and groove lining, windows and bulkhead lighting.
Saloon with fitted galley cupboards and solid wood work top to starboard with a dual voltage fridge under, solid fuel stove mounted on a tiled plinth with tiled surround, flu and chimney, light blue forward seating in 'U' shape that converts to a double berth with an infill formed from the dinette table, storage beneath, and escape hatch overhead. There are further galley units with solid wood work top fitted to port, incorporating a stainless steel sink with mixer tap, Plastimo stainless steel cooker and wall mounted instant gas water heater. A glazed panelled door leads to the head with fitted shower cubicle and cassette toilet.  Oak faced plywood lining, wood block flooring, port hole and rectangular windows, 12v lighting. Cabin headroom is 5'8" approx.

Engine
Mercedes 4 cylinder diesel engine coupled to a shaft drive with twin helm positions (external helm is currently disconnected). Engine recently serviced.

Fire extinguisher, horseshoe lifebuoy, Webasto Thermo Top diesel hot air heater, Rinnai instant gas water heater, Combicool dual voltage fridge, compass, multimedia player, 12v fan, mast, ensign pole, horn, screen wipers, stainless steel water tank, plastic fuel tanks, navigation lights, spot lights. Also including a full galley inventory and bedding.

Electrics
12v and 240v electrical systems. Battery charger, inverter, solar panel and control unit.
