Description

This is a displacement motor cruiser built by Kha Shing Enterprise Co Ltd in 1990.    This boat has also been regularly serviced and maintained to an exceptional standard.

CONSTRUCTION:

White GRP hull & superstructure.

The hull was the subject of Epoxy Treatment in 2002.

Replacement Hydraulic Thrusters and Stabilizers replaced in 2006.

All underwater fillings removed and replaced with GRP.  Chines GRP re-inforced, no gel coat underwater then epoxy coated.

Blue Hull Band.

Teak laid decks, aft deck, fore deck, bathing platform and flybridge.

Large bathing platform professionally extended in 1996 by Tarquinn at Emsworth under supervision of a marine surveyor.

Accommodation

This particular boat has generous accommodation which provides 11 berths in total.

The  Aft  Cabin has a central positioned large double bed with hanging lockers and plenty of storage lockers.  It has an en-suite providing an electric flush toilet, wash hand basin, shower and an additional electric shower.

There is an aft twin berthed cabin (New Head Lining 2017) with its own en-suite and separate door for day use.

In the midships there is an owner's large master double cabin with a centrally positioned double berth with a memory foam mattress, settee, dressing table with stool and ample storage.  Spacious heads with two wash basins, electric flush toilet with a full size bath & shower.

Further forward there are an additional 2 cabins, a twin cabin with bunk beds and heads.  The other cabin has 3 single berths, an armchair, table and separate heads.

The galley area is located on the port side between the saloon and the internal helm position.  It is equipped with 2 x electric & 2 x gas hob burners, a fan assisted oven & grill, 240volt fridge/freezer with inverter, double sink & plenty of storage lockers, microwave oven, dish washer  (Serviced January 2020) and air conditioning.

The inside helm position has a captain's helm seat, L shaped additional seating and a table..

The saloon is an excellent size with a four seater cream coloured leather sofa, two additional matching arm chairs & foot stool.  A circular dinning table with eight chairs.  on the port side there is a storage with a 37" flat screen TV which is connected to a ships satellite system.  The joinery and wooden panels are finished in teak  Light green carpets throughout.

The boat is also equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning/heating throughout the boat.

There is also a separate cupboard with a washing machine and airing cupboard.

The Flybridge area provides a helm seat with a switchable back rest & plenty of additional passenger seating, table, sink, lighting, sunbathing area, storage lockers, radar arch & stainless steel frame work to support bimini canvas. 

The large aft cockpit area provides an excellent place for al fresco eating with full surrounding covers.

This particular boat is one of thirteen originally built by Kha Shing Enterprises Co Ltd in Taiwan.  The original length was 65'0" / 19.81 mtrs.  It is the only boat to have an extended transom which was professionally extended with the works undertaken by Tarquinn at Emsworth under the supervision of a surveyor.  It is now 72'0" / 21.4 mtrs.

The current owners have owned the boat for the last Twenty Years and they have a real passion for maintaining it.  It  is currently one of the best examples on the market.

Annual Maintenance Completed May 2018 which included re anti-fouling, stern gear cleaned, new anodes fitted, all sea valves cleaned, 2 new diverter valves fitted in 2018, port side shaft checked and re-packed, Passerelle serviced and new remotes fitted.
