The 44 Tollycraft was considered by many to be the finest, most livable 44' cruising and liveaboard yacht of her class. She offered the amenities of a much larger vessel, and was built like a tank, much in the Hatteras/Viking class. The aft master is full-beam with en-suite head. The solid teak joinery and generous dimensions made the 44 CMY a much sought-after option in this segment.
Heidi Marie III is a one-owner, well-loved gem. Call today.
New to the market. Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motoryacht with 3208 Caterpillar Engines. This is the classic and most familiar Tollycraft - the 40' Sundeck enhanced by a highly functional cockpit.
She features expansive dimensions and visibility. Galley down with full sized dinette to starboard. V-berth forward and Master with island berth and ensuite head aft. The cockpit is deep and wide enough for lounging, with a swing transom door to access the platform. From the raised aft deck there are wide secure gunnels that run forward with a starboard side access door to the salon.
You can board the boat from the platform, or through a security gate in the siderails. From the platform you can access the cockpit through a hinged molded transom door. Up some gentle steps you access the roomy, rail-enclosed and skirted aft deck. There's plenty of room for deck chairs and cocktail table or to store a dinghy. There's a rail-mounted gas grill that conveys. You step down to wide, recessed and secure gunnels to access the bow. The starboard gunnel provides access to a door to access the salon.
From the aft deck there's a short staircase to the flybridge. The bridge is protected by an expansive bimini top, attached to the electronics arch, and a recently refreshed clear isinglass enclosure. The bow features a tall bowrail, a single portlight and a molded bow pulpit with inset windlass.
The salon is accessed either through bi-fold doors and sliding overhead hatch, from the aft deck, or via a doorway on the starboard walk. The salon interior is a rich teak. There is a spacious L-shaped convertible sofa to starboard and a comfortable chair to port. There is a hi-lo coffee/dining table for cocktails or dining. Two stools provide additional storage and seating. There is a 13" flat panel TV. The windows are treated with teak miniblinds.
The galley is down to the port. It features a full-size ac/dc fridge and freezer, a three burner electric range, convection/microwave oven and sink. Across to starboard is the full-size facing dinette, which converts to a berth. There is voluminous cabinet and drawer storage throughout the galley.
Further forward to port is the forward head. It features a vacu-flush head system, sink and shower. The forward berth is a v-configuration with fill-in. The trim and lockers are in teak. There is ample storage in drawers and hanging lockers. There is an overhead hatch affording light and ventilation.
The master, to aft, features an island double berth, ensuite head with stall shower and teak drawers and with hanging lockers.
Heidi Marie III is powered by well-maintained 3208 Caterpillar turbo, fresh water cooled diesel engines. They have 3,400 recorded hours.
