It has a very light and airy main saloon with a wood stove. Including a fridge freezer and washing machine. It even has a usable workshop with a worktop and vice in the engine room. 6no. 100Ah batteries attached to an inverter with comprehensive electrical system.

Galley

A fully equipped galley with under cupboard worktop lighting, slide out, soft close drawers in all the kitchen cabinets. 4 burner hob and double oven, Miele Fridge/Freezer. Plenty of mains sockets on worktops.

Accommodations

Three cabins plus saloon.

The first cabin in the bow has two berths either side with ceiling lights and reading lights, hanging wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space. There is a writing desk in the centre just behind the anchor chain locker.

The second cabin, behind the bow cabin, midships has an elevated double berth accessed by a short step ladder. under this berth is a very large storage area which is shelved with storage boxes.

The Saloon with wood stove and plenty of room for sofas and a dining table, has a roof box skylight and once again much storage used as a wood store and bookcases.

Rear cabin accessed past the heads, engine room and under the wheelhouse, also has a berth with a writing desk and ample storage.

Heads

A delightful bathroom with underfloor heating with a short bath with a pumped show over, sea toilet, vanity unit and also a cassette toilet, tastefully decorated with once again many storage cupboards and drawers.

Engine Room/Workshop

A walk in area with a workbench with vice to the left, battery bank under and shelving above.  This area houses the diesel fired central heating boiler, insulated hot water tank, electric supply control, charger and inverter.  A good walk around area for easy engine access.

Fully enclosed Onan Genset generator

Easy access to diesel fuel filters and diesel tank and diverter valves.

Topside And Deck Equipment

The wheel house accessed from the port side has a convertible bench that can be made into a double berth. There is also a hatch in the floor for quick access down into the stern cabin. Single Morse control and engine pull stop. Primary engine gauges. Radiator.

Wide walkways either side of the cabin roof.
