OWNER COMMENTS

The current owner is an experienced single hander with several Atlantic crossings behind him, and four trips to NewFoundLand and Labrador, for instance. He bought this boat, because the designer Ted Brewer said: [it] is a husky little cutter and was specifically designed for offshore and long range cruising by a couple with occasional guests. It is hard to imagine a thirty footer more suited for blue water sailing and ocean voyages. A brief note from Ted Brewer describing this design is available at  owner realized that his age is getting in the way of long trips to Northern waters, and sadly, this is no longer the boat for him.

The boat is very well equipped, but a few things still need to be installed, as per spec sheet. During the last half year the owner wanted to make sure there is absolutely no galvanic corrosion in the electrical system and had it inspected. He had all three sails inspected and restitched where necessary, washed, and treated. And he had the engine head off to check the valves and injectors checked and cleaned. Bills for all three recent activities are available.
