Additional Comments

A well built boat with beautiful interior joinery, obviously well loved and maintained, but nevertheless has now reached that stage in its life when there is money to be spent on some upgrading and cosmetic refurbishment. Specifically, the standing rigging needs renewing, the sails are showing their age, electronics whilst functional have definitely reached middle age and inside the headlinings need a birthday in places and some of the soleboards need re-varnishing. The engine (less than 2000 hours) and genset look very good; topside paint and Coppercoat antifouling system date from 2015. The teak deck has just been refurbished (June 2020) and is in good condition. There is no sprayhood as the previous owner had fitted a practical, but rather unattractive, GRP dodger which has now been removed. The sensible asking price fully reflects her present condition.
