Swan 40
The Swan 40 is one of the last Swans 40 (Frers) built at the famous Nautor yard in 1994. It is a freshwater vessel and is therefore in excellent condition. Owned only by the 2nd owner who have always maintained her well and various parts are regularly renewed. This is a great opportunity to get a classic Swan of which only come on the market. The engine is renewed in 2014.

Dimensions: 12.20 m x 3.96 x 2.16 m, built in 1994, construction number 124, builder Nautor Swan, round bilge, lead keel, building material polyester, teak deck, displacement 9600 kg, original steering wheelwith leather upholstery with chains and quadrant and as extra a carbon steering wheel, stainless steel pulpit, stainless steel sea rail, 2x anchor, stainless steel bathing ladder, teak interior, daylight through hatches on deck, perspex windows, 5 fixed beds (average bed length 2 meters) including 2 cabins. In aft cabin 2-bed, in front 2 beds plus 1 extra berth. In saloon 2 berths on couches plus extra pilot berth. Headroom 1,90 m.

Air draft approx 20 m, masthead rigging, Nautor aluminium mast, Rod rigging (renewed in 2010), stainless steel babystay, Reckmann RS2000 stainless steel genoa furling system with removable drum for racing sails. Navtec hydraulic backstay. Dyneema halyards through Harken blocks led to Spinlock stoppers on cabin roof. Carbon spinnaker boom. 3DI North mainsail (2017), One Sails touring mainsail (2015), One Sails genoa, North S2 spinnaker, North S4 spinnaker, asymmetric spinnaker. Several older sails. Nanni diesel 4.38HE, 4 cylinder, 38 hp, 2014 renewed. Propeller shaft, Maxprop 3 blade folding propeller (2020), 2 x 120 litre stainless steel diesel tank 240 litre, fuel level gauge. New dashboard present but not installed.

1 x 90ah starter battery (2020), 6 x 2v single cell service batteries 500 ah!
