Yorkshire Blue 54ft cruiser stern built 2005 by South West Durham Steelcraft, powered by a Beta Marine 38hp inboard diesel engine.
From the stern is an open plan main cabin currently with 2 arm chairs, a central heating radiator, 2 corner cabinets for storage and access to the electrics, inverter etc. There is a Refleks diesel stove with back boiler, supplying domestic hot water throughout the boat for washing, shower and central heating.
Moving forward is an L shaped dinette with storage under, offering comfortable seating and also makes into a second double bed for guests. Opposite the dinette is a side hatch which gives additional light and ventilation to this area.
The galley has a stainless steel sink and drainer, a Country Leisure 4 ring gas hob, oven and grill, fridge, a wall mounted cabinet, also a bulkhead mounted cabinet and shelf housing a microwave oven. There is ample cupboard storage and work-top space and a breakfast bar.
The bathroom comprises of hip-bath with shower over, hand wash basin set in vanity unit, electric shaving point, a large mirror, extractor fan, pump out toilet and a central heating radiator in the corridor.
In the bedroom is a fixed double with storage under, overhead lockers, central heating radiator, full double wardrobe, and a corner cabinet with shelving, this unit also has 12v and 240v sockets, with an aerial point for TV.
The craft is very clean and tidy, ready for use as a live-aboard or leisure boat. There is 12 and 240v electrics inverter charger, twin alternators, immersion heater, diesel central heating and a new BSC on completion.
