DESCRIPTION

Equipped with a Seakeeper 3 gyro stabilizer! The Selene 42 Europa is designed for long range coastal cruising in style and extended sea voyages with not less than a 1,000 NM range at 9 knots. The vessel accommodates four to six passengers in two cabins and one head with a separate shower. It sports all the features of a luxury family yacht with a generator, climate control and a large flybridge, but with elegance, simplicity and easy maintenance for the owner-operator. The 42' Europa is a full-displacement hull, truly a Gentlemen's Cruising Yacht with a large flybridge that is easily accessed with integrated fiberglass stairs from the aft-deck. The bridge deck extension overlaps the aft-deck and the side-decks well forward, leaving plenty of room for entertaining guest. There is comfortable bench and dinette for four abaft the twin helm chairs, and outdoor locker opposite.

The yacht's interior is flawlessly fitted in hand-selected straight grain light teak, which integrates well with the granite galley countertops and designer fabrics throughout. The two-stateroom One Head layout has beautiful teak interior and a well-equipped galley.

In the cockpit, which is fully protected by the bridge deck overhead, there is plenty of room to relax on chairs and to set up for entertaining. The Euro design enables a cockpit comparable in size to the Selene 55.
