The 813 offers a separate forward cabin with V-beds which can make in to a double with the use of an infill. An escape hatch is via the forward port screen giving direct access to the deck. A good sized toilet compartment which can be shut off completely with a toilet and sink.
A large saloon with dinette table to port which can seat four adults in comfort, when not in use the table can be folded away or lowered to make a double berth. The attractive galley to starboard is well equipped with a stainless steel sink, two burner hob, cooker and grill and 12v fridge. There is plenty of space beneath the worktops for storage. Two steps lead up to the large cockpit. The cockpit has a helm and co pilot seat and further bench seat aft. A full canopy is fitted giving excellent protection when required. Good access to the wide side decks and ample deck rails to the cabin tops. A sturdy bow pulpit to the forward deck all add up to this boat featuring excellent accommodation for all.

We have had many happy hours on Measures but she now needs more TLC than, due to our circumstances, we are able to give her. She is a good solid boat and we hope the new owners enjoy her as much as we have done.
