Seamaster 30 Aft Cabin, built-in 1980 by Seamaster Ltd in Dunow Essex to a design by John Welch. Yard # 6401
Centre cockpit design with hull, deck, and coach roof constructed in GRP.
The interior is fitted out in mahogany.

Fab III was supplied new in 1980. The current owner purchased her in August 2013 when she was lifted ashore and has remained since. Two years ago a major refit commenced but was delayed by Covid restrictions. Sadly the owner recently passed away and the vessel is now offered for sale.

Accommodation:

Wheelhouse:
Helm station with a single pilot seat to starboard.
L-shaped bench seating to port.
The wheelhouse area is fully enclosed with a combination of wheelhouse roof and awning.
All woodwork has a good quality finish.

Saloon:
Carpeted saloon area with U-shaped seating area to port. The seating area is convertible to a double berth.
Dining table.
Storage cupboards and drawers in the saloon and galley area give generous capacity. Diesel hot-air heating diesel-fired unit with two outlets.

Adjacent to the saloon seating area on the starboard side is a heads compartment with a New electric flush sea toilet, wash hand basin, and shower. **New stainless steel shower tray and pump.

Forward of the saloon is a V-berth.

Galley:
A well-equipped linear galley to starboard with good storage capacity is located on the starboard side of the saloon.
Countertops are finished in Formica. Stainless steel sink, supplied with pressurised hot and cold water.
