Designed in a forward layout, this attractive boat has a master’s cabin aft, a bathroom with a pump-out toilet, a galley and a saloon with a L shaped seating arrangement which can be converted to form an additional double berth when required.

Powered by an economical Nani 21hp diesel engine. Central heating is provided by a Webasto diesel fired system. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier and central heating. 240V & 12V electrics on board.

General

The beauty of Sea Otter boats is their aluminium construction, meaning reduced hull and ongoing maintenance.

The interior is constructed of Ash marine ply with hardwood trims and a tongue & groove roof panelling. The cabin provides a light an airy feel with comfortable accommodation for 4-6.

Master Cabin

Steps down from the stern deck leads into the master cabin. A fixed double bed with storage underneath, overhead cupboard with reading lights. A small dressing table with mirror above, controls for the central heating system is found alongside. Wardrobe / additional storage is found aft.

Bathroom / Heads

The shower room / heads are surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all space available. A ceramic hand basin with a single lever mixer tap, pumpout toilet, wet room style shower.

Galley

This vessel offers a generous sized galley positioned to port. The galley provides ample space for cooking and is equipped with a 240V fridge with ice box, kitchen sink with draining board, 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven.

Dinette

To starboard features a single Pullmans style dinette area for two with forward and aft facing seats. This can also be converted to form a single bed or a bunk accommodating two extra berths.

Saloon

The saloon has direct access onto the front well deck. The L shaped seating area converts into a double berth with storage beneath. A corner TV/storage unit houses a CD/radio with speakers throughout the boat.

Bow Deck

Bow doors lead out onto the generous bow deck. Complete with two lockable lockers as well as an LPG locker, this area is ideal for storage and sitting out and enjoying cruising or being moored up.

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising, a Sterling 1800W inverter ensures you are never without power. Two solar panels are fitted for charging the bank of batteries. 1 starter battery, 2 domestic batteries.

Heating / Hot Water System

A Webasto diesel fired central heating system on board runs radiators throughout the boat; providing ample of heat on board, ideal for all year-round cruising. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.

Engine

Propulsion is provided by a 21hp Nanni diesel engine. 3 cylinders, shaft drive, 3 blade propeller, water lubricated stern gear, 120 L diesel tank capacity. Bow thruster fitted.
