'OT' a Sea Otter 21' Narrowboat

This aluminium Narrowboat is designed in a reverse layout and features; a galley to port, the toilet compartment is opposite, following through to the saloon features port and starboard settees which can be converted to form a full width double berth when required.

Powered by a Nanni 10hp diesel engine. Heating is provided by a Trumatic system with an air duct in the cabin. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier. 240V & 12V electrics on board.

Blacked in 2019, Engine servicing completed annually, BSS valid to February 2022.

Due to its Aluminium construction ‘OT’ is low maintenance and would make an ideal first time boat; perfect for day trips and weekends away. Because of her size and weight, she also has the benefit of being trailer-able with the right vehicle.

Galley

A well-equipped galley is located to port and features; a Spinflo four-burner gas hob, grill and oven. A12V fridge, a moulded sink with drainer and a stainless steel hot and cold mixer tap. A wardrobe unit with shelving is found opposite the galley.

Head / Bathroom

The wet room style bathroom contains a cassette toilet, shower, vanity basin and mirror.

Saloon

The saloon consists of three-seater settees located to port and starboard which can be converted to form a double berth. A newly fitted 16in 12V flat screen television is located in the saloon; perfect for some light evening entertainment.

Heating / Hot Water System

A Trumatic air blown heating system is supplied on board with an air duct in the cabin; providing plenty of heat on board, perfect for all year-round cruising. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier.

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets on board the boat.
