Now with us this beautiful steel motor yacht with a great story. The Casco was built and bought in Germany and brought to the Netherlands in 2010. Here in the Netherlands it was finished by the Dutch family by a local shipyard. However, when the boat was finished and delivered, the owner unfortunately passed away. So now with 10,5 hours of sailing a new ship for sale with a new engine and a great installed electrical system. You must imagine that the boat is now completely undamaged without water or sun damage ready for sale. There are more than € 220.000 invoices available.

The ship is a very easy step and therefore an easy entrance both on the side and via the swimming platform via a thick stainless steel staircase. The bathing platform is also equipped with maintenance free teak and large stainless steel bathing ladder. The gangways are wonderfully wide and therefore safe and well equipped with safety handles. The aft cabin gives a large aft deck and offers you a beautiful terrace on the water. The saloon entrance is specially built with double placed windows and glass door. On the aft deck the steering position is wonderfully built in the middle and offers you as captain a great panorama around the entire ship. Note the beautiful wooden dasboard and chrome throttle and chrome wooden steering wheel and the marine support system with all 10 warning lights super clear side by side including clear start and stop buttons. After the spacious entrance in the saloon you will notice that there is a lot of daylight inside the ship and therefore the whole gives a very spacious feeling. The soft white tones of the modern wooden interior has finished corners throughout the ship. The doors are beautifully finished and are not too light and not too heavy in use. The whole ship is so large that there are many storage spaces both in the floor under perfect hatches and in the benches are also made storage options. You can just see that the builders are experienced water sports enthusiasts. When you take a seat on the saloon couch you will notice that the large windows are placed low at eye level, including thin window frames, so that you can look around well. The kitchen has a long counter top with nicely concealed new stainless steel 3 burner gas cooker with new fridge.

There is a huge bathroom with a large toilet and shower room. The owner's cabin has a large bed with separate mattresses that are luxurious and thick plus a wardrobe is also there. Also in the front cabin there is a spacious double bed with extra luxurious and thick mattresses for 2 persons and plenty of daylight with sufficient ventilation. The boat has a nice powerful and quiet generator so you can survive without shore power. The 100 hp Volkswagen is more than sufficient and can reach a cruising speed of 14 kilometres per hour. The engine is of course also new and is a real marine version of which Volkswagen has sold thousands. Also the inside of the boat under the hatches is fresh clean and new and dry and offers the mechanics a lot of easy space for maintenance. Furthermore, the boat has too many extras to mention such as a hot air heating, electric anchor large fuel tanks bow thruster dirty water tank extra summer tent wooden mast luxuriously equipped sea railing thick stainless steel bollards various aluminum dark-glass hatches large headroom and so on. Of course, this boat has great sailing characteristics and is very easy to sail in and out of any port. For me as a broker I think the boat has many copies of a Vri-Jon.
