The ETAC 38 is of French design, built by naval architect Guy Saillard for blue water sailing. Libertad’s flush deck and deep keel and low centre of gravity make comfortable and safe sailing. At anchor, the owner reports she has less drag from the wind, and less swing from her long keel. The boat is light and airy with plenty of opening hatches. The cockpit is a comfortable size with swim platform and ladder for easy access to water.
