She benefits from a well designed layout including features such as an Iroko collapsible wheelhouse with seating for 8, a bright and spacious saloon complete with bubble stove, dog box and Karndean flooring throughout.  The wheelhouse also leads to an external seating area on the aft deck with its own bimini cover for shade.

The master cabin is located at the bow and is fully furnished with bespoke iroko fittings.  There is double sofa bed in the saloon and the toilet and shower room is located in the corridor between the saloon and bedroom, with doors at either end for private access.

A full inventory is available on request which includes a comprehensive array of furnishings as well as an extensive range of spares and supplies in the well equipped engine room.

Wheelhouse

Iroko wheelhouse with large folding table and seating for up to about 8 people using 2 cushion inserts. Two side doors and one rear door to allow access to covered (when bimini fitted) aft deck. VHF radio and range of instruments for engine control. Captain’s adjustable swivelling seat. The wheelhouse windows have individual insulated and reflective pads that can be fitted to keep the heat out, in summer, and the heat in, in winter. Removable wheelhouse roof panels and folding wheelhouse window frames (can be easily removed or reinstalled by two people in less than one hour). Karndean simulated plank floor tiling. Heating provided by Myson Kickspace heater

Aft Deck

Large aft deck, with handrails, suitable for entertaining under a tailored Bimini mounted on a stainless tubing frame( presently in storage). Side panels to match can be zipped to the Bimini to provide extra shade from the sun if required. Life ring mounted on bracket at stern with removable national flag pole. The aft deck is tiled with plastic perforated deck tiles for comfort, practicality and drainage. 

External Details

Externally there are 4 solar panels totalling 360 W mounted on the cabin roof. There are tailored canvas protective covers for the whole upper half of the wheelhouse and the dog box. The escape hatch on the front cabin wall has a lockable aluminium cover as a security measure. There is a mast which can be lowered onto the cabin roof with VHF aerial and some of the navigation lights mounted on it.

Front deck: Gas locker and chain locker for anchor. Whirligig washing line fits into socket where courtesy flag mast normally fits.

Galley

Stairs leading from wheelhouse down to galley with storage in the steps and a cupboard to one side for coat and general storage, also containing an immersion timer switch and mains electric meter.

Simulated granite work surfaces and tiled splash-backs to work surfaces and four ring gas cooker hob. Microwave, gas oven and grill with saucepan drawer beneath. Two Shoreline 24 V fridges with freezer compartments. Lots of under surface and ceiling cupboards. Karndean floor tiles.  There is a drinking water filter under the sink, with spare filters stored in cupboard by the stairs.

Saloon

4 m long, large size with Bubble (coal effect) diesel stove mounted in wooden and tiled fire surround. Double bed settee and two leather swivelling recliner chairs with foot stools. Portable 1200 W air con unit in cupboard. Nest of small oak coffee tables and range of cupboards. TV with automatic 80 cm self seeking Oyster satellite dish mounted outside on the front of the cabin roof. Multiple double glazed windows with single glazed drop back hoppers for ventilation. Opening dog box above centre of room with sliding, spring operated, sun shades and sliding fly screen. All windows and portholes in the boat have tailored fly screen inserts. Karndean simulated plank floor tiling continues throughout. Generous storage provided throughout, comprising low level solid wood cupboards as well as ceiling level storage adjacent to galley.

Shower Room And Toilet

Full sized basin, macerator toilet and roomy shower cubicle with glass door. Karndean floor tiles.  Airing cupboard heated in winter by the flue from the bubble stove.  Heated towel rail. 

Corridor From Salon To Bedroom

Bosch 7kg full sized washing machine and storage cupboards. Doors either end to give private access to the shower room. In one cupboard is the electric pump for pumping the black tank overboard if required/permitted. Karndean plank effect floor tiles.  

Master Cabin

Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and cupboards and wardrobes. Laptop sized safe mounted behind headboard. Portholes on either side of cabin and opening double glazed escape hatch above bedhead. Carpeted floor. Side Power bow thruster mounted under bedroom floor.

Engine Room And Additional Information

Beta 90 hp engine 3.8 litres fitted with noise reduction cocoon. PRM 500 gearbox. 1485 hours.

Engine room and under aft deck storage: Accessible from a floor hatch in the wheelhouse floor. Gives access to a large engine room with the engine, generator, calorifier (with 230 V immersion heater element), 300 litre tank for the Bubble stove heating oil and Mikuni MX60 diesel heater supplying 4 room radiators and a low level heating for the wheelhouse.

4 x 200Ah Victron gel domestic batteries. 1 x 120Ah engine start and 1 x 85Ah generator start batteries.

Onan 7kW generator cocooned running at 1500 rpm. 179.2 hours

1700 litres of fresh water storage.

910 litres of diesel tanks which are currently joined but can be split into two 455 litre tanks to allow white diesel for propulsion and red diesel for heating and generator supply.

455 litre black tank which can be pumped overboard via built-in electric  pump or stored and pumped out into shore facility via outlets on either side of boat for ease of access.

Lifted out of the water, the hull blacked and antifouled below the waterline in May 2014 and August 2017.

The boat will be sold with a mass of spares including spare propeller, throttle and gear change cables, oil filters,oil, service kit for generator, water system spares, inflatable fenders, three spare double-glazed window units for saloon windows, unused Thetford Porta-Potti toilet in case main toilet breaks down, etc.

Full complement of kitchen utensils, crockery etc will be left with the boat if required.

Also included full set of life jackets (virtually unused) and in date set of fire extinguishers.

Boat safety certificate valid until August 2021.
