Accommodation The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins. Forward cabin with V berth and infill to create double, opening hatch to foredeck and stowage areas. Separate heads compartment to port with Jabsco marine toilet (new 2016) and washbasin with hot & cold pressurised water with shower head. Saloon consisting of a dinette seating area to port which can convert to a double berth, removable table with drop leaves and settee berth to starboard. Chart table aft to starboard with navigation equipment and quarter berth behind. Galley to port equipped with a Nelson stainless steel 2-burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven (new 2016), fridge, stainless steel sink with manual and pressurised water supply and ample storage. Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating system. Pressurised hot & cold water supply to galley and heads. Cream leatherette upholstery throughout with complimenting blue curtains and cushions. Mechanical Systems Located abaft the companionway, Volvo Penta 2002 2-cylinder 18hp diesel engine. Freshwater cooled. Single lever controls (cables replaced 11/2018) with electric start. Shaft drive with to folding 2-bladed propeller. The current engine hours are reading 990. The engine was last serviced in spring 2018, the cutlass bearing was replaced in 2017. It appears in excellent cosmetic condition and has proved reliable under current ownership. White GRP coachroof with grey moulded non-slip deck surfaces. Tiller steering with extension to transom hung rudder. Teak rubbing strake and grab rails. Teak laid cockpit seats. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. The hull was taken back to epoxy and coated in Hempel Globic 6000 antifoul in 2017, this coating is designed for a 5-year life and has proved very effective over the last season.
