Owners Comments

Bermuda sloop rig configuration, which is of substantial section, keel stepped and in fine condition. Her sail wardrobe is mainsail, No. 1 genoa and a light asymmetric, all-in good condition. Her auxiliary drive is a Bukh DV36 ME 35 HP diesel engine, overhauled including new impeller, new diesel filters, diesel fuel flush, strain, re-fill, bleed, and re-commission for the sail home to Dover. She has 6 berths, galley, heads, and a good level of wet and dry storage. Her purchase in 2021 was made after a professional survey and sea trials. There being no survey items reported to affect her immediate seaworthiness she set sail from Edinburgh in July 2021. Arriving at Dover the programme of overhaul, renewal and making ready for the 2022 season commenced in August 2021 and is now largely complete bar completion of the boot top and anti-foul paints, final “dressing” and re-launch. Her structure, hull, rig, auxiliary drive, and all elements below the waterline have been returned to a blue-water sea-worthiness condition for the 2022 season. A full schedule of works carried out can be made available to a successful “Buyer” via a Shipwright Report. Cost of the works are now more than £20,000. Copies of a Pre-Purchase Survey and Sea Trial from the current Owner’s purchase can be made available to the successful “Buyer” to be read in accordance with the terms of sale. A 2021 survey report is available on request.
