Owners comments
She has been wintered ashore (November to March) and professionally maintained in accordance with a detailed annual schedule of repairs, maintenance and one off improvements.  The engine is fully serviced professionally each year and the sails washed, serviced and stored over the winter by the sail maker.   The implications of Covid 19 resulted in her remaining ashore between November 2019 and March 2021.

Historically the hull was sanded each year prior to antifoul being applied and was subject a limited survey every two years to check for moisture content.  In November 2021 all old antifoul was removed prior to being renewed.  The last condition survey for routine insurance purposes was undertaken in April 2022.  There were 3 minor recommendations all of which have been dealt with.
