Accommodation

The layout offers up to six berths with two double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation. In the forecabin, V berth with infill and stowage under. Opening hatch to deck. Hanging locker to starboard and large shelved locker to port. In saloon, dinette to port with settee berth opposite. Fixed table with drop leaves. Separate heads to starboard with marine toilet.shower and washbasin. Galley to port. Twin sinks with hot and cold pressurised water system. 250 litre freshwater capacity. Two burner gimballed gas cooker with oven. Two refrigerators. Large chart table in the walk-through to the aft cabin with additional chart stowage over engine. In the aft cabin, double berth to starboard with single berth to port. Radio/CD player.

Mechanical Systems

Located beneath the cockpit, Volvo D2-40 four cylinder 40hp diesel engine (2016). Shaft drive to three bladed propeller. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever control. 150 litre fuel capacity giving approximately 270 mile range at 6.5 knot cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 7.5 knots. The engine was fitted new in 2016 and has only completed about 100 hours running time since. Vetus bowthruster.

Built in 1986 by Rex Marin AB to a design by Carl Beyer. White GRP hull with style stripes. Rubbing strake. Teak toe rail. White GRP superstructure. Teak laid deck. Fin keel. Skeg hung rudder. Wheel steering. Centre self draining cockpit. Teak laid cockpit seating. Teak cockpit grating.

Additional Comments

This excellent example has only been lightly used by the present owner but within the last five years has undergone a major upgrade with no expense spared. This included a new engine, new teak deck, new electric anchor windlass, new mast, boom and rigging, new mainsail (still unused), new electronics, new electric sheet winches, preventative epoxy coating, all seacocks replaced and new cleats. For proper winter protection she comes with full over all winter cover. Now only for sale due to advancing years and is sensibly priced to sell.
