X-362 cruiser racer for sale. Timeless, comfortable, safe and easily handled.  In present ownership since 2003 and kept on a swinging mooring in Salcombe in the summer and ashore October to March in her own cradle with full winter cover.  Raced in Dartmouth, Torquay and Plymouth with considerable success, current IRC rating 1.003.

XOTIC has been mainly cruised in the West Country, Channel Islands and Northern France with occasional trips to the Solent. She has completed 10,000 miles.

The engine has been serviced every winter and the hull polished and anti-fouled.  Her antifoul was completely stripped 8 years ago and she was epoxied and antifouled with VC offshore. Standing rigging replaced 2016.
