Remarks :This X-Yachts built this 3/4 Tonner in 1984 is in good condition for her age. The 3/4 Tonner is a fast racer, but also makes a great fast cruising yacht. This yacht offers 10 berths in two cabins with 6ft headroom. She had a new Northrop Mainsail and Genoa in 2019. She has just been antifouled and engine serviced by the owner ready for the current season. the current owner has owned the yacht for the past 25 years and is selling as he is moving up to a larger yacht. Owner is open to reasonable offers for a quick sale. A 2010 survey report is available upon request.

Keel and Hull:Deep fin keel with tiller steering
History:Built by X-Yachts to a Niels-Jeppsen design in 1984, hull number 21. Cream coloured GRP form sandwich hull and superstructure with moulded non-slip decks. Galvanised steel internal frame connects the keel, mast step and engine mountings. Cast iron fin keel. Self-draining cockpit with tiller steering to spade hung Kevlar reinforced GRP rudder and tapered alloy stock. This yacht has been owned by the current owner for the last 25 years and is only being sold as he has decided to buy a large yacht. Yacht is currently ashore in Ramsgate Marina .
Mechanical :Spars and Sails:This X-Yacht has a Fractional rigged Bermudan sloop. Nordic keel stepped double spreader alloy mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging, age unknown. Slab reef mainsail with a stackpack and furling genoa. Alloy spinnaker . Manually adjustable Backstay.

Yanmar 2GM 13 HP twin cylinder, raw water cooled inboard diesel engine located at the forward end of the saloon in an insulated purpose moulding. Shaft to a two blade folding propeller with a rope cutter. Engine controls, single lever in cockpit with rev counter. . Stainless steel 15 litre fuel tank. Cruising speed of 6 knots. Engine last serviced by the owner in March 2022.
Electrical Systems;
1 x 12 volt Domestic Battery, 1 x 12 volt engine battery all charging from engine alternator and solar panel.
