The Hallberg-Rassy 40 is a go anywhere cruising yacht, comfortable and capable. She is offered for sale by her second long term owner who has enjoyed sailing her across Northern Europe. NORTHERN LIGHT has a good set up for long periods afloat with Genset, copper coat antifoul and davits.
Sailing exclusively in Northern Europe, NORHTERN LIGHT has very good teak decks and presents very cleanly throughout. She has the practical ‘slab-reefing’ main sail and versatile cutter rig for confident long distance cruising. Her mainsail is also relatively new.
NORTHERN LIGHT benefits from a large head forward and practical sea-going galley immediately to Port as you come down the secure companionway. All areas are easy to access including the large engine bay located under the cockpit sole.
Viewing is highly recommended.
