DESCRIPTION

Accommodation:

Interior tastefully finished in mahogany with 2 component matt silk varnish.  Full headroom throughout the boat.  Skylights, opening portholes and ventilators for adequate ventilation.  Wooden inner frames for the skylights.  Blue upholstery, cream curtains (new 2010) to all windows and skylights, and blue carpets throughout the boat.  Floors in teak with inlaid holly stripes and varnished.  Inspection openings in floorboards for access to valves, log transducers, bilge etc.  Headlining accentuated with mahogany inlays.  Webasto warm air heating throughout.
SALOON:
Two sofas with lee cloths.  On the port side is an L-shaped sofa with lockers above and stowage space underneath.  Bookshelves on port and starboard side and forward bulkhead.  Dropleaf saloon table with bottle stowage in centre.  Headroom 1.86m.  Clock and barometer.  Pioneer stereo radio/CD player with speakers in main saloon and cockpit.
GALLEY & CHART TABLE:
On port side cooker with oven. (Gas certified 2023 and gas alarm fitted). Crash bar and eyebolt for galley strap.  Stainless steel double sink.  General Ecology water filter and drinking water faucet.  Ample stowage room, chopping board, drawers and waste bin.  Insulated cool box with 12v refrigeration unit.  Opening window above the galley.  Chart table with drawers under and instrument shelf.  Electric switch panel.
FORWARD CABIN:
Double berth 2.03m long and 2.04m wide at the widest part. (New mattress 2015)  On both sides there are lockers above and generous stowage below.  Hanging locker on port side and various lockers on starboard side.  Door leading to saloon.
AFT CABIN:
2.13m long berth, 1.66m wide at widest part. (New mattress 2017) Hanging locker.  Lockers above berth and stowage below.  Door leading to saloon.  Two opening portholes.
HEADS COMPARTMENT:
Interior lining and cupboard in white.  Watertight shower stall with teak grating.  Manual pump action toilet.  Holding tank in stainless steel.  China wash basin with stowage above and below.  Mirror.  Two opening portholes for ventilation.  Electric shower waste pump.  Independently switched red and white lighting.  Switch for immersion heater.
