are pleased to offer for sale a Hallberg Rassy 312. A quality cruising yacht, the Hallberg-Rassy 312 has all the features of the larger Hallberg-Rassys in a small package - fixed windscreen, teak decks, beautiful mahogany internal joinery and solid build quality. Introduced in 1979, the Hallberg-Rassy 312 was designed by Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein. It was one of the most popular models Hallberg-Rassy built, with almost 700 built during the long production run from 1979 to 1993.The hulls are moderately heavy displacement, built to Lloyds specifications with solid GRP hull mouldings, and foam-cored and teak-covered decks. Like all Hallberg-Rassys the 312s are regarded as very good seaboats, with good sailing performance. This 312 was purchased from the UK in 2016 however as a result of illness she is now sadly offered for sale. Our French colleague who visited the yacht reported that the yacht is well prepared and that a number of upgrades have been completed. She benefits greatly from the Volvo D1-30 replacement engine and recent new sails. Our cooperative agreement with our French brokers provides UK buyers direct access to an English speaking broker so you do not have to worry about language and obtaining documentation in English. Yachting Brokers work to ensure a smooth purchase process and we offer a range of additional services including contact details of overseas surveyors, assistance with transport and help with foreign exchange transfers with Currencies Direct. Purchase paperwork is in dual language and checked to ensure compliance and VAT status (where applicable). We also manage de-registration from the French registry. Yachting Brokers are yacht brokers and consultants providing a full service brokerage across the UK and the South West UK. We are full members of the British Boat Retailers and Brokers Association and British Marine
