This yacht is delivered including:

• Spare propellers and shaft (to minimise down time)

• Bow and stern thrusters

• Establishment of ownership structure in Malta, flag registration etc.
• Complete fitting-out

The yearly contribution to the operating costs is budgeted to £20,000, which includes:

• Maintenance of ownership structure
• Statutory charges (tonnage tax, renewal of registration certificates, cruising permit, safety certificates etc.)
• Yearly haul-out, antifouling etc.
• Yacht insurances (yacht + Protection & Indemnity (P&I))
• Mooring fees at home port (Port Adriano, Mallorca)
• Salary and related expenses for qualified captain (uniform, training, travel etc.)
• Turn-around service
• Communication
• Scheduled/daily service and maintenance of yacht and equipment
• Frequent minor repairs and/or replacement due to normal tear/wear/handling
• Laundry services, weather data etc.
• Yacht management fee, 10%
