About this Princess 45
The Princess 45 is a sleek, stylish flybridge cruiser with excellent accommodation and good sea keeping abilities. The interior has had a complete refurbishment including: New headlinings throughout, new electrical system including relocating the consumer unit, new LED lighting throughout, complete new plumbing and water system with dock supply (tanks removed but new ones can be fitted to suit the purchaser).
The accommodation offers up to 4 berths in 2 sleeping cabins all with excellent headroom.
FORWARD CABIN: Double island berth with lockers and drawers providing ample storage, mirror and opening hatch to foredeck. Luxury foam mattress.
ENSUITE: Reconfigured with an electric toilet, new basin and mixer, vanity unit, heated towel rail and all wood Iroko. 85 litre holding tank.
GUEST CABIN: Located to starboard and reconfigured to be multi purpose with a double bed, or for dining, or for use as a snug. With wardrobe, integrated smart TV, location for the battery bank and charger plus seating all re-upholstered.
WET ROOM: Infinity shower with Iroko wood, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
GALLEY: Completely new with gloss white modern units, 240v induction hob & oven, fridge with freezer box, Oak worktops, engineered Oak floorboards, stainless steel sink with mixer tap and a significant amount of storage.
SALOON: Refit includes large settee to port and armchair to starboard, integrated storage units, smart TV on a lift, new head linings and multi function LED lighting.
Inner helm position with full instrumentation and seating for two. This has had a complete rebuild including keyless ignition, stop/start and authentic Princess wheel, and reupholstered in black with grey piping.

EXTERIOR: The aft cockpit offers comfortable seating with new seating, two teak tables, new transom entrance for access to swim platform, fridge, shore power and 2020 canopies. The lazarette houses the new direct mains water feed, water pumps, new immersion heater, and space for water tanks, size to be fitted to customer specification. Deck access from either side leading forward along wide side decks with ample grab rails. A generous foredeck suitable for sunbathing makes the most of available space and is ideal for warm summer afternoons relaxing on the water. The flybridge has a new dodger, redesigned layout with a bespoke rear sofa, all upholstery in 2017, new dashboard configuration, new access hatch and cover.
Located under wheelhouse sole, twin Volvo TAMD70E turbocharged and intercooled 306hp marine diesel engines. Dual single lever controls at both helms. Hydraulic steering. Shaft drive via gearboxes to 3-bladed propellers. 1500 litres fuel capacity in two tanks. Full engine instrumentation include temperature, oil pressure, volt, revs and fuel gauges. Engine room bilge blower. Bow thruster for easy marina manoeuvring. Trim tabs. Recently the starboard engine has had a new wiring loom, additional relays added and fire extinguisher. Hours unknown. Last serviced in 2020 with part service history.
