Accommodation
The yacht accommodation offers up to 8 berths in 4 cabins with full standing headroom throughout. Up forward is a the large island double berth with excellent storage in various lockers, large mirror, hatch to foredeck and en suite access to the heads compartment that is fitted with manual flush marine toilet, washbasin, shower with teak grating and storage cupboards.
Moving aft, there is a large U-shaped galley to starboard with Magic Chef 4 burner gas hob with the Magic Chef gas oven and grill. Twin stainless steel sinks with pressurised hot and cold water. Front opening electric fridge. Microwave. Large U-shaped dinette seating area opposite to port which can convert to form a double berth, with useful storage beneath and behind seating. Steps up to the light and comfortable saloon.
In the saloon, there is a full length settee to port offering comfortable seating for 6, coffee table and storage areas. Helm position to starboard with captains chair, instrumentation and navigation equipment, with sideboard running aft. Steps up to aft deck and passageway down to aft cabin.
The aft has two single berths to port and starboard with storage and hatch to aft deck. En suite heads compartment fitted with a marine toilet, washbasin with combined shower head and cupboard.
The is a spacious aft deck with room for alfresco dining and steps up to flybridge with seating and upper helm position with new seat covering in the last 5 years. Safe, wide side decks leading to the foredeck. All-round safety rails with hardwood cappings, side and aft gates. Bow platform for improved safety anchoring.
Pressurised hot and cold water system via calorifier throughout. Mains electric cabin heating. Blue upholstery, curtains, bulkhead linings and carpets fitted within the last 5 years.
Mechanical Systems
Located under wheelhouse sole, 2 x Volvo Penta TAMD60B 235hp 6-cylinder turbo diesel engines. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Morse dual single lever controls with electric start. Full engine instrumentation. Twin shaft drives (cutlass bearings replaced in the last 2 years) to bronze 3-bladed propellers. Twin stainless steel 500 litre fuel tanks. Stern glands repacked 2019. Approx max 1/3 gal per mile at 10 knots &1 gallon per mile at 17 knots fully laden.
The engines had a full engine rebuild in 2019 by local Volvo dealers. Only approximately 75 hours run since rebuild. New engine room insulation in 2019.

Princess 41 built in 1978 by Marine Projects Ltd. White semi-displacement hull, superstructure and decks. Flybridge with stainless steel arch. Spacious exterior with wide, safe decks and large aft deck for entertaining outdoors. Epoxied below the waterline. 2018 insurance survey available on request. Air draft with radar arch folded down is 3.45m.
